At Fit&Curva Toys, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fitcurva.com (o el correo que vayas a usar) and include your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items marked as clearance, liquidation, open-box, or final sale cannot be returned.
